Our construction management team can assist in any minor or major works. Costs for new builds including architects & our fees begin at €1200 per m² obviously depending on your specifications. This includes structure, walls, roof, bathroom, doors, windows, floors, plumbing & electric. We also have some of our own developments that can be purchased off plan at various stages. Arrangements can also be made for preliminary work preparing land for construction, making roads, septic tanks, wells, painting, kitchens, heating, etc.. We can also assist in telephone, water and electric connections and archeological digs.
We have our own team of workmen and own machinery including JCBs and trucks which in turn means we are in complete control of all our work, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
